01Do I have to pay upfront?
No, and you only pay if you win. Personal injury attorneys work off a contingency fee basis that is paid after a settlement or favorable verdict at trial.
02How long does a personal injury case take?
There is no set amount of time before a personal injury case is settled. The duration of each case depends on a lot of factors, such as:
- Extent of injuries and treatment
- Insurance company(ies) involved
- Which county you are in (courts in some counties are more backlogged than others)
- Whether liability is being denied
- Complexity of case
- Etc...
03What should I bring to my consultation?
Photos, insurance claim information, names of medical providers, and any other information you have regarding your crash.
04What if the insurance company offers a low settlement?
Many firms will drop your case because they do not litigate. Our firm is not like that, so we will file a lawsuit.
05Will I have to go to court?
Very unlikely...statistics show that more than 95% of cases settle before getting to trial.
